Terms

Jetwren terms of use

Apps for iPhone and Android, and jetwren.com · Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms explain what you can expect from Jetwren and what we expect from you. They cover the Jetwren apps for iPhone and Android, the website at jetwren.com (including the web flight tracker, shared flight pages and public Wrapped pages) and the optional Jetwren Pro subscription. By using Jetwren, you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained separately in the app privacy policy and the website privacy notice.

The short version

1. Who we are

Jetwren is run by Muhammad Mujtaba ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@jetwren.com. Jetwren is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline or airport.

2. Using Jetwren

You can use Jetwren without an account. If you choose to sign in, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Jetwren apps and website for your own travel. Jetwren, its design, the wren and its content belong to us or the people we license them from.

If you downloaded Jetwren from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply to the app. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply to your use of the store.

3. Jetwren Pro subscriptions

Jetwren Pro is an optional subscription that adds extras. Tracking flights, alerts, sharing a flight and the compensation check stay free.

4. How to cancel

Cancel where you subscribed. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.

After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for.

5. Refunds

Nothing in these terms takes away a right to cancel, a refund or a remedy that consumer law gives you where you live.

6. Flight information

Flight times, gates, delays, cancellations, maps and other flight details come from third-party flight data providers, airports and airlines. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and alerts can be delayed or not arrive at all, for example when your phone is offline or notifications are turned off. Estimates, such as boarding times, are labelled as estimates.

Always check with your airline and follow airport announcements. The same goes for check-in times, bag rules and fees: we show what the airline publishes as best we can, but the airline's own rules and staff have the final word.

7. The compensation checker

The compensation checker gives general guidance about what you may be owed when a flight is delayed, cancelled or you are denied boarding. It is not legal advice, and it doesn't guarantee that you will be paid. Whether you're owed anything, and how much, is decided by the airline and, if it comes to it, by the relevant authority or court, based on all the facts.

You can always claim directly with the airline, for free. If you choose to use a claims company or another partner we link to, your agreement is with them, under their terms, and we may receive a fee from them. It doesn't change what you pay.

8. Sharing and public pages

When you share a flight or turn on a public Wrapped page, anyone with the link can open it. Share links with people you trust. You can turn a shared flight or a public Wrapped page off at any time in the app, and they also end on their own as explained in the app.

9. Fares, offers and other sites

Jetwren may show fares, eSIM offers and links to airlines and other sites. Prices come from our partners and can change before you book. If you book or buy through a partner, your contract is with that partner, and their terms apply. We're not responsible for other sites' content.

10. Acceptable use

Please use Jetwren fairly. You agree not to:

If someone misuses Jetwren, we may limit or suspend their access. If we do, we'll tell them why where we can.

11. Changes to Jetwren

We keep improving Jetwren, so features can change, and some may be removed. If we remove a paid feature that is a main reason for Pro, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel. If we stop offering Jetwren Pro altogether, we'll refund the unused part of any period you've paid for on jetwren.com, and the stores will do the same for subscriptions bought through them, under their rules.

12. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Jetwren accurate and running, but we can't promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the extent the law allows:

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

13. Stopping using Jetwren

You can stop using Jetwren at any time. You can export or delete your data in the app under Settings → Privacy, as explained in the app privacy policy. Deleting your data doesn't cancel a subscription; see how to cancel.

14. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Jetwren's operator is established. If you use Jetwren as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. If you have a problem, please email us first; most things can be sorted out quickly.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, for example it affects your subscription or your rights, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Jetwren and cancel Pro.
