Jetwren waitlist privacy notice
Who we are
Muhammad Mujtaba is the data controller for the Jetwren waitlist. Contact: support@jetwren.com.
What we collect
Your email address, your home airport if you choose to give it, the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and which boxes you ticked. We don't collect your name, phone number or location.
Why, and our legal basis
To email you when Jetwren launches and, if you ticked the second box, to send occasional product news. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We use your home airport, if given, only to decide which airports and airlines to support first, and we look at it in aggregate.
Who we share it with
Your sign-up is stored on Jetwren's own servers, hosted by Railway Corp. When we send emails, we use an email delivery provider that works for us under a data processing agreement. Where your data is handled outside the country you live in, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data or share it with airlines, advertisers or partners.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until 6 months after launch if you haven't installed the app or opted in to product news, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by writing to support@jetwren.com. Withdrawing doesn't affect emails we sent before. You also have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to get a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email support@jetwren.com.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
